A zinc-based metal-organic framework for fluorescence detection of trace Cu2+ |

摘要: 采用水-溶剂热法制备了一种针对Cu2+的新型高效荧光锌基金属有机骨架(Zn-MOF)探针:[Zn6(L)3(2,2'-bpy)4]·2H2O}n,其中 H4L=1,4-双(3,5-二羧基苯氧基)苯,2,2'-bpy=2,2'-联吡啶。本文介绍了它的合成、结构、热稳定性和荧光传感性能。该Zn-MOF表现出良好的稳定性并且可以通过荧光猝灭法高效检测Cu2+。在0~1.2 μmol·L-1的浓度范围内,该Zn-MOF荧光强度与 Cu2+浓度呈现出很强的线性相关性,检测限(LOD)低至 67.1 nmol·L-1。更重要的是,通过系统分析红外光谱、粉末 X 射线衍射、紫外可见吸收光谱、电感耦合等离子体质谱和 X射线光电子能谱,验证了所获得的结果:该 Zn-MOF可通过弱相互作用特异性识别Cu2+。此外,该Zn-MOF在连续5个循环中表现出良好的再生性能。 |

Abstract: A novel extremely effective fluorescent zinc organic framework probe[Zn6(L)3(2, 2'-bpy)4]·2H2O}n (Zn MOF) for Cu2+ was prepared by a hydro solvothermal method, where H4L=1, 4 bis(3, 5 dicarboxyphenoxy) benzene and 2,2'-bpy=2,2'-bipyridine. Its synthesis, structure, thermal stability, and fluorescence sensing properties are described in this paper. Zn-MOF is capable of identifying Cu2+ and shows good stability according to the fluorescence quenching method. The fluorescence intensity of the Zn-MOF has demonstrated an essential linear connection with the Cu2+ concentration in a concentration range of 0-1.2 μmol·L-1, with a low limit of detection (LOD) of 67.1 nmol·L-1. More crucially, the obtained results indicating that Zn-MOF selectively recognizes Cu2+ through weak interactions are corroborated by a systematic analysis of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry, powder X-ray diffraction, and infrared spectra. Furthermore, this Zn-MOF demonstrates strong regeneration capability in five consecutive cycles. |
