摘要: 采用熔融晶化法制备Tm3+-Tb3+-Eu3+掺杂含Na3Gd(PO42晶相荧光玻璃陶瓷,并对其光学性能进行了研究。利用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试,确定了样品的晶相结构和最佳热处理条件(740℃/3 h)。在359 nm激发下,Tm2O3、Tb4O7、Eu2O3掺杂浓度(物质的量分数)分别为0.2%、0.2%、0.95%时,玻璃陶瓷的色度坐标为(0.333 2,0.318 8),接近标准白光(0.333,0.333)。结合荧光光谱和荧光衰减曲线分析,证实了样品中存在Tm3+→Eu3+、Tb3+→Eu3+的能量传递。

Abstract: Tm3+-Tb3+-Eu3+ co-doped fluorescence glass ceramics containing Na3Gd(PO4)2 crystals were synthesized by melt crystallization method and luminescence properties were studied. The crystal structure and optimum heat treatment conditions (740℃/3 h) were determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Under the excitation of 359 nm, when the doping concentrations (molar fraction) of Tm2O3, Tb4O7 and Eu2O3 were 0.2%, 0.2% and 0.95%, respectively, the chromaticity coordinates of glass ceramics were (0.333 2, 0.318 8) close to the standard white light (0.333, 0.333). Combined with fluorescence spectra and fluorescence decay curve analysis, the energy transfer of Tm3+→Eu3+, Tb3+→Eu3+ in the sample was confirmed.
