摘要: 采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了YNbO4:Tb3+,Sm3+系列荧光粉。光谱测试表明:体系中的NbO43-基团能够吸收紫外光并将能量传递给Tb3+和Sm3+,从而增强荧光粉的发光强度。在290 nm激发下,YNbO4:Tb3+,Sm3+荧光粉的发射光谱中既出现了Tb3+的绿光发射又出现了Sm3+的橙光发射。通过改变Sm3+的掺杂浓度,实现了荧光粉发射光的光色可调。 |

Abstract: A series of YNbO4:Tb3+, Sm3+ phosphors were synthesized by sol-gel process. Photoluminescence spectra show that NbO43- group can absorb ultraviolet light and transfer energy to Tb3+ and Sm3+, then enhance the luminescence intensity of the phosphor. Under the excitation of 290 nm, characteristic green emission of Tb3+ and orange red emission of Sm3+ were presented in the emission spectrum of YNbO4:Tb3+, Sm3+ phosphors. Therefore, the emitting color can be adjusted by changing the doping concentration of Sm3+. |
