摘要: 以3,3',5,5'-(1,3-苯基)-联苯四羧酸(H4btb)与1,10-菲咯啉(phen)为配体,分别与硝酸镉和硝酸锌在水热条件下反应合成2个一维[Cd(H2btb)(phen)]n (1)和二维{[Zn2(btb)(phen)]·1.5H2O}n (2)配位聚合物,并对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析和X-射线单晶衍射测定。配合物1属于单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,晶胞参数:a=2.828 45(13) nm,b=1.085 54(5) nm,c=1.817 68(8) nm,β=96.485 0(10)°,V=5.545 3(4) nm3,Z=8,Dc=1.670 Mg·m-3,F(000)=2 800,R1=0.033 9,wR2=0.071 8[I>2σ(I)],配体H4btb的2个羧基分别采取μ1-η1:η1、 μ2-η2:η1配位模式连接镉原子形成一维带状结构。化合物2也属于单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,晶胞参数:a=1.747 1(3) nm,b=1.251 1(2) nm,c=2.187 0(3) nm,β=120.911(11)°,V=4.101 4(11) nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.491 Mg·m-3,F(000)=1 876,R1=0.067 3,wR2=0.174 9[I>2σ(I)],全部去质子的H4btb配体的4个羧基分别采取μ1-η1:η0、 μ1-η1:η1、 μ2-η1:η1配位模式连接锌原子形成一维链,链间通过μ2-η1:η1桥连羧基扩展为(3,5)-连接的二维 (42·67·8)(42·6)网状结构。同时研究了2个配合物的荧光性质。 |

Abstract: Two coordination polymers, [Cd(H2btb)(phen)]n (1) and {[Zn2(btb)(phen)]·1.5H2O}n (2) (H4btb=3,3',5,5'-benzene-1,3-biyl-tetrabenzoic acid, phen=1,10-phenanthroline), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric (TG) analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The structure indicates that the complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=2.828 45(13) nm, b=1.085 54(5) nm, c=1.817 68(8) nm, β=96.485 0(10)°, V=5.545 3(4) nm3, Z=8, Dc=1.670 Mg·m-3, F(000)=2 800, R1=0.033 9, wR2=0.071 8 [I>2σ(I)], in which, the two carboxylate groups of H4btb ligand adopt μ1-η1:η1, μ2-η2:η1 coordination modes, respectively, bridging Cd(Ⅱ) atoms to generate a 1D polymeric ribbon. The structure indicates that the complex 2 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a=1.747 1(3) nm, b=1.251 1(2) nm, c=2.187 0(3) nm, β=120.911(11)°, V=4.101 4(11) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.491 Mg·m-3, F(000)=1 876, R1=0.067 3, wR2=0.174 9 [I>2σ(I)], in which, the four carboxylate groups of H4btb ligand adopt μ1-η1:η0, μ1-η1:η1, μ2-η1:η1 coordination modes, respectively, linking Zn(Ⅱ) atoms to form a 1D polymeric chain, the μ2-η1:η1 carboxylate groups further extend such chain giving rised to a (3,5)-connected 2D network with a Schläfli symbol of (42·67·8)(42·6).
