| 摘要: 含芳胺及二肽的铜(Ⅱ)配合物具有良好的DNA切割活性、SOD活性和抗肿瘤活性，可作化学核酸酶、SOD模拟物及肿瘤化疗药物等应用，因而引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。本文就国内外对含芳胺及二肽的铜(Ⅱ)配合物研究的进展，尤其是该类配合物的结构及其应用作一综述。 |

| Abstract: Broad interests are attracted by ternary copper(Ⅱ) complexes with aromatic amines and dipeptides, since the complexes with considerable DNA-cleavage, SOD and antitumor activity can be used as chemical nucleases, SOD mimics and cancer chemotherapy drugs. This paper makes a summarization about the recent research progress from domestic and overseas in copper(Ⅱ) complexes containing aromatic amine and dipeptide, which focuses chiefly on the structures and applications of this kind of complexes. |
