摘要: 采用水热合成法在SiO2-NiO-V2O5-(TEA)2O-H2O-NH4F体系中合成了V-Ni-β沸石,运用X射线衍射、红外光谱、紫外-可见固体漫反射光谱、热重-差热分析和扫描电镜等技术对样品进行了表征,并探讨了影响V-Ni-β沸石合成的因素。结果表明,按化学组成(物质的量的比)nSiO2∶nNiO∶nV2O5∶n(TEA)2O∶nH2O∶nNH4F=60∶(0.25~4.0)∶(0.125~2.0)∶(16~18):(500~650)∶(30~40)配制初始反应混合物,可以制备出结晶良好的V-Ni-β沸石,且V和Ni两种原子进入了沸石骨架。所得V-Ni-β沸石在H2O2 氧化苯乙烯的反应中具有较好的催化活性,苯乙烯的转化率和苯甲醛的选择性分别可达63.7%和80.2%。 |

Abstract: V-Ni-β zeolite was hydrothermally synthesized in a SiO2-NiO-V2O5-(TEA)2O-H2O-NH4F system. The structure and chemical composition of the products were characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy, and inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry. The factors affecting the synthesis of V-Ni-β zeolite were investigated. The results indicate that the well-crystallized V-Ni-β zeolite can be synthesized from the precursor with the SiO2∶NiO∶V2O5∶(TEA)2O∶H2O∶NH4F(molar ratio) of 60∶(0.25~4.0)∶(0.125~2.0)∶(16~18)∶(500~650)∶(30~40), and the V and Ni atoms present in the framework of the zeolite. The as-synthesized V-Ni-β zeolite shows excellent catalytic activity in the oxidation of phenylethylene using H2O2 as the oxidant. The phenylethylene conversion is 63.7%. The selectivity for benzaldehyde is 80.2%. |
