Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Schiff Base and Cu(Ⅱ) Complexes Containing Pyridine Ring and Amide Bridge |

摘要: 本文以水杨醛和N,N′-(2-胺基苯基)-2,6-二甲酰亚胺吡啶进行缩合得到席夫碱化合物L,然后与CuCl2·2H2O分别在甲醇、乙醇溶液中进行配位反应;在进行配位反应中,化合物L的一端酰胺键发生醇解,分别被甲醇,乙醇取代,从而,得到了吡啶酰胺一端被甲醇,乙醇取代的席夫碱铜(Ⅱ)单核配合物1和2。用元素分析,FTIR和X-射线单晶衍射进行了表征。结果表明,化合物L属于三斜晶系,空间群P1,配合物1和2都属于单斜晶系,空间群都为 P21/c,配合物1和2均为单核配合物。配合物2通过弱相互作用形成二聚体。 |

Abstract: The Schiff base compound L was synthesized from condensation reaction of salicylaldehyde with N,N′-(2-amidogen benzyl)-2,6-two formyl imines pyridine. CuCl2·2H2O react with L in methanol or ethanol solution. During the coordination reaction of the compound L of one end of the amide alcoholysis occurred, were methanol, ethanol replaced, thus, be obtained at one end of picolinamide methanol, ethanol substituted schiff base copper(Ⅱ) mononuclear complexes 1 and 2, and characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The results of structural analysis indicate that the compound crystallizes in the triclinic crystallize and space group P1, two complexes in the monoclinic crystallize, space group P21/c. Complexes 1 and 2 belong to mononuclear complexes. The two complex 2 were linked with weak intermolecular forming the dimer. CCDC: 843076, L; 843077, 1; 843078, 2. |
