摘要: 通过溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)法制备了ZnTiO3/TiO2纳米复合光催化剂,利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)、红外光谱(FTIR)和ζ电位等技术进行了表征。以亚甲基蓝(MB)的降解为模型反应,考察了煅烧条件对复合材料光催化性能的影响。结果表明:600 ℃下焙烧3 h时所得样品具有最佳的光催化效果。如太阳光下7 h可使MB溶液的脱色降解率达92.9%,而TiO2的催化脱色率仅为68.9%;该催化剂还具有良好的稳定性能,重复使用5次后仍能保持MB溶液的脱色降解率在80%以上,且该催化剂易于离心分离去除。样品的结构缺陷-氧空位和TiO2-ZnTiO3相结与其催化性能有密切关系。 |

Abstract: Sunlight-active ZnTiO3/TiO2 nano-composite photocatalytic materials were prepared by Sol-Gel method and characterized by TEM, XRD, UV-Vis, FTIR and ζ potential measurements. The influence of calcination conditions on the photocatalytic property of the nano-composite materials was evaluated by using the degradation of methylene blue (MB) as the model reaction. The result exhibits that the sample obtained under 600 ℃ and 3 h shows the optimal photocatalytic property. The decolorizing efficiency of MB solution is up to 92.9% over ZnTiO3/TiO2 when reaction time is 7 h under sunlight irradiation while the efficiency is only 68.9 % over TiO2. And the efficiency remains above 80% when it is reused for 5 cycles and it is easily removed from the system. The activity is closely related with the oxygen vacancy and TiO2-ZnTiO3 junction of the ZnTiO3/TiO2 photocatalyst. |
