Chemical Activation and Hydrogen Storage Properties of Mesoporous Carbon CMK-3 |

摘要: 选用KOH、NaOH、H3PO4对有序介孔碳CMK-3进行了活化,通过X射线衍射、低温氮吸附-脱附等对样品进行了表征,发现活化后样品的结构发生了巨大的变化。有序介孔碳CMK-3的有序性逐渐降低,比表面积明显增大,2 nm介孔明显增多。讨论了CMK-3和KOH质量比、活化温度、不同活化剂对活化效果的影响。储氢测试表明活化能够明显提高CMK-3的储氢性能,77 K、100 kPa时的储氢性能高达2.32wt%。 |

Abstract: Activation of mesoporous carbon CMK-3 with KOH, NaOH, H3PO4 was studied. Huge structure and texture changes emerge for the activated CMK-3 based on the characterization by using XRD, low temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption. The ordered mesoporous structure of CMK-3 gradually became disorder, specic surface area and mesoporous(2 nm)were enhanced remarkably. The effect on activation results was studied of mass ratio for CMK-3 to KOH, activation temperature, chemical used. Hydrogen sorption measurement shows that the activation leads to an obvious increase in the H2 sorption capacity of CMK-3. The H2 uptake of 2.32wt% at 77 K and 100 kPa was obtained. |
