摘要: 由溶液法合成了2个稀土配合物{[Ln(Hmtyaa)3(H2O)2]·H2O}n(Ln=Nd,1;Pr,2)(Hmtyaa=2-(5-甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑)-硫乙酸),用X-射线单晶衍射仪测定了配合物的单晶结构,并对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱、热重和粉末X-射线衍射等表征。晶体结构表明:配合物12结构相同,都属于三斜晶系,P1 空间群。配合物中金属离子均采取九配位模式,金属离子被配体桥连形成一维双链结构,该一维双链被氢键和π-π作用连接成二维层状结构。

Abstract: Two coordination compounds {[Ln(Hmtyaa)3(H2O)2]·H2O}n(Ln=Nd, 1; Pr,2) (Hmtyaa is 2-(5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylthio)acetic acid) have been synthesized and they were structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and then were characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR spectra, thermal analysis and powder X-ray diffraction. Both compounds are isostructural and crystallize in the triclinic system, space group P1. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis indicate that each asymmetric unit contains one metal ion and one non-coordinated water molecules and each Ln(Ⅲ) (Ln=Nd, Pr) ion adopts nine-coordinated mode in both compounds. Metal centers are bridged together by carboxylate oxygen atoms to result in a double chain structure. Weak face-to-face π-π interactions between the neighbouring parallel thiadiazole rings of the ligand link the compounds into 2D layer structures. CCDC: 653458, 1; 653459, 2.
