摘要: 本文报道了一种中位苯环上氨基和羟基取代的菲环稠合的硼-二吡咯亚甲基衍生物1的合成及其专一性铜离子诱导的聚集性质。在生理条件下,化合物1显示出专一性的铜离子诱导的J-聚集响应,吸收光谱发生明显红移,可以用作裸眼目测检测铜离子的高灵敏度探针。 |

Abstract: A phenanthro-BODIPY dye 1 with an -NH2 and -OH substituted meso-phenyl group has been synthesized, which exhibits J-aggregation properties induced by a specific interaction with Cu2+ under biological conditons. Due to the high selectivity and sensitivity of this aggregation formation, resulting in a ratiomatric absorption spectrum change compound 1 may be used as an indicator for the Cu2+ with naked eyes. |
