摘要: 采用溶胶凝胶法制备了In2O3-CdIn2O4和CdO-CdIn2O4纳米复合氧化物,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对复合材料的形貌和结构进行表征,并对其进行了乙醇、丙酮等多种气体的气敏性能测试。结果表明CdIn2O4材料复合In2O3和CdO后显著提高了对丙酮和乙醇气体的灵敏度和选择性。 |

Abstract: Nanometer-scaled In2O3-CdIn2O4 and CdO-CdIn2O4 composite oxides were synthesized by sol-gel method. The morphology and structure of composites oxides were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The corresponding sensor exhibited good sensitivity and selectivity to ethanol and acetone vapor by changing the quantity of In2O3 and CdO in composite oxides. |
