摘要: 以水为溶剂,硫代乙酰胺为硫源,巯基乙酸为包覆剂,于低温下制备了正交相的AgInS2纳米粒子。用TEM、EDS和XRD对所制备的AgInS2纳米粒子的形貌、组成和晶相进行了表征。并考察了反应时间对AgInS2纳米粒子的晶相及其可见光催化降解活性的影响。结果表明:延长反应时间可以提高AgInS2纳米粒子的结晶性和可见光催化活性。 |

Abstract: AgInS2 nanoparticles with orthorhombic structure were prepared via a wet chemical route at low temperature using water as solvent, thioacetamide as sulfur source and mercaptoacetic acid as capping agent. The morphology and composition as well as crystal phase of AgInS2 nanoparticles were characterized by TEM, EDS and XRD. The effects of reaction time on the crystal phase and the visible light photocatalytic degradation activity of AgInS2 nanoparticles were also investigated. The results showed that the extention of preparation time could improve the crystallinity as well as the visible light photocatalytic activity of the particles. |
