Abstract: Four new dinuclear complexes [(η5-C5Me4R)Mo(CO)3]2(1, R=Allyl; 2, R=n-Butyl; 3, R=i-Butyl; 4, R=Ph-Me-2) have been synthesized by the reactions of C5Me4R (R=Allyl, n-Butyl, i-Butyl, Ph-Me-2) with Mo(CO)3(CH3CN)3 in refluxing xylene, and their molecular structures were characterized by Elemental analysis, IR spectra, 1H NMR. The crystal structure of complex [(η5-C5Me4nBu)Mo(CO)3]2(2) was determined by X-ray diffraction.
