氧化型谷胱甘肽-二茂铁的合成及其电化学性质研究

摘要: 采用液相合成法,以二茂铁甲酸、氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)为原料,苯并三唑-1-四甲基六氟磷酸酯(HBTU)及1-羟基苯并三唑(HOBt)为缩合剂,合成了具有电活性的目标化合物氧化型谷胱甘肽-二茂铁(Fc-GSSG-Fc),其收率为46%,并对其进行了表征。目标化合物 Fc-GSSG-Fc的循环伏安扫描结果表明,在0~0.8 V范围内出现了一对可逆的氧化还原峰,氧化峰和还原峰电位分别为0.459和0.391 V;峰电位之差ΔEp为68 mV,峰电流密度之比Ipa/Ipc为1.02,扩散系数D0=1.175×10-8 cm2·s-1。利用电化学方法研究了Fc-GSSG-Fc与Zn(Ⅱ)之间的配位特性。实验结果表明,Fc-GSSG-Fc与Zn(Ⅱ)形成了1∶1的配合物。

Abstract: Oxidized glutathionyl ferrocene (Fc-GSSG-Fc) was synthesized from ferrocene monocarboxylic acid, oxidized glutathione (GSSG) by liquid-phase synthesis method using O-(benzotriazol-yl)-N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl-uronium (HBTU)/1-hydroxybenzotrizole (HOBT) as coupling reagents with a yield of 46%. The voltammetric behavior of Fc-GSSG-Fc was investigated, and a pair of well-defined redox wave at oxidation potential (Ea) 0.459 V and at reduction potential (Ec) 0.391 V, respectively, appears in the range of 0~0.8 V. The peak separation (ΔEp) is 68 mV and the peak current ratio (Ipa/Ipc) is 1.02, and the diffusion coefficient D0 is 1.175×10-8 cm2·s-1. Moreover, the coordination of zinc ions with the title compound was investigated by voltammetric techniques.
