摘要: 通过罗丹明内酰胺与苯基乙酰丙酮一步缩合反应得到结构简单的席夫碱型罗丹明B衍生物,结构经X-ray单晶衍射、NMR、MS以及元素分析表征。在目标化合物的乙醇-水缓冲溶液中,加入Fe3+后能诱导罗丹明基团螺环结构开环,形成1∶1的金属配合物,同时观察到显著的荧光增敏和吸收增强并具有较高的选择识别性能。电化学,色谱及光谱分析证实了配合物的形成。竞争实验显示识别响应为可逆过程。 |

Abstract: A simple structure rhodamine fluorescent derivative was synthesized facilely by one step condensation reaction of rhodamine B ethylenediamine and phenyl-acetylacetone. Its structure was characterized by single crystal X-ray crystallography, NMR, MS and Elemental analysis. In the ethanol aqueous medium (4∶1, V∶V, Tris-HCl buffer, pH=6.0), the presence of Fe3+ induced the formation of a 1∶1 complex of Fe3+-1, observing significant enhancement of fluorescence and absorption. And it displayed high recognition properties for the detection of Fe3+. Electrochemical, chromatographic and spectroscopic analysis confirmed the formation of the complex. This coordination was investigated to be a reversible process. CCDC: 749004. |
