纳米片组装的Zn2SnO4空心八面体分级结构的制备与发光性能(英文)

摘要: 以乙酸锌、四氯化锡、氢氧化钠为原料,在200 ℃用L-赖氨酸辅助合成纳米片组装的锡酸锌(Zn2SnO4)空心八面体分级结构。采用XRD、FESEM、TEM、HRTEM等对样品进行了表征,结果表明产物为立方相的Zn2SnO4,单个八面体的棱长在1~2 μm,并且表面以及棱上长有许多尺寸在200~400 nm的纳米片。此外,结果还表明,氢氧化钠和L-赖氨酸的加入量对八面体形状的形成起到了决定性的作用。产物的室温光致发光谱图说明所制备的产物在500~600 nm有很强的发光性能。

Abstract: Hollow Octahedral Zn2SnO4(ZTO) hierarchical structures were hydrothermally synthesized starting from Zn(Ac)2,SnCl4 and L-lysine in NaOH solution at 200 ℃. The XRD result indicates a face-centered cubic phase for the as-prepared octahedral ZTO product with lattice constant a of 0.865 0 nm. Field-emission scanning electron and transmission electron microscopy results reveal that the octahedra are indeed hollow with an edge size of 1~2 μm and assembled by nanosheets(d: 200~400 nm) on the surface and edge. Results also demonstrate that the adding amount of NaOH and L-lysine has an immense function in the morphology control of octahedral ZTO hierarchical structures. The photoluminescences of the as-fabricated ZTO products with different shapes all display a broad strong green emission band at 550~600 nm but different in intensity at room temperature.
