摘要: 采用电化学阳极氧化的方法,以含F-的溶液为电解液,在金属钛基底表面生长出规则排列的TiO2纳米管阵列,并通过电化学沉积的方法对之进行金属Pd掺杂。利用XRD、SEM和TEM对样品进行分析表征,并测试了样品的氢敏性能。结果表明,用此种方法制备的Pd掺杂的TiO2纳米管阵列具有良好的氢气敏感性能,适当掺Pd的样品在较低温度(80 ℃)下对0.01 mL·L-1的H2具有良好的灵敏性(灵敏度S=14)。 |

Abstract: Well ordered and uniform titanium dioxide nanotube arrays were fabricated on titanium substrate by electrochemical anodic oxidation in a solution containing F- ions. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM. The hydrogen-sensing properties of the as-prepared samples were also investigated. The results show that the Pd-doped TiO2 nanotube arrays obtained by the above method have excellent hydrogen sensing properties under working temperature of 80 ℃ and low limit hydrogen concentration of 0.01 mL·L-1,and the sensitivity of the sample is 14. |
