两个含5-甲基吡嗪-2-羧酸主族配合物的合成和晶体结构

摘要: 本文以5-甲基吡嗪-2-羧酸(Hmpca)同Pb(NO3)2和Sr(NO3)2水热反应得到了2个配合物{[Pb2(mpca)4]·H2O}n (1)和{[Sr2(mpca)4(H2O)2]·H2O}n (2),并用元素分析,FTIR和X-射线单晶结构分析进行了表征。X-射线单晶结构分析表明配合物1和2均属于单斜晶系,空间群分别是P21/nP21。在配合物1中,Pb(Ⅱ)的配位环境为扭曲的四方锥构型;在配合物2中,每个Sr(Ⅱ)与5个羧基氧,1个水分子和2个氮原子配位形成八配位的多面体构型,配合物1和2均是一维链状结构的化合物。在配合物1中游离的水分子与羧基氧之间的氢键作用将相邻的2条链连接成双链结构。配合物2中配位水和游离水分子与未配位的羧基氧以及配体中的氮原子之间的氢键作用将链连接成二维平面结构。

Abstract: Two coordination compounds {[Pb2(mpca)4]·H2O}n (1) and {[Sr2(mpca)4(H2O)2]·H2O}n (2) were obtained by hydrothermal reaction of 5-methylpyrazine-2-carboxylic acid with Pb(NO3)2 and Sr(NO3)2, respectively, and they were characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR and X-ray diffraction single-crystal structure analyses. X-ray difraction single-crystal structure analyses indicate that both compounds crystallize in the monoclinic,space group P21/n and P21 for 1 and 2,respectively.The coordination environment of Pb(Ⅱ) is a distorted square-pyramidal geometries in compound 1; Each Sr(Ⅱ) in compound 2 is coordinated with five carboxylate oxygen atoms, one water molecule and two nitrogen atoms and forms into a distorted octacoordinated polyhedron. Compounds 1 and 2 are one-dimesional chain structures. Hydrogen bonds between free water molecules and carboxylate oxygen atoms connected the adjacent chains in compound 1 into a double chain structure. Compound 2 is connected into two-dimensional planar structure by hydrogen bonds between coordinated and free water molecules with carboxylate oxygen atoms and nitrogen atoms.
