摘要: 在Zn2+的存在下,2,6-二甲酰基对氟苯酚和1,4-丁二胺通过环缩合反应,合成了一种对称的大环双核锌配合物:[Zn2L1(μ-OAc)]ClO4·0.5CH3OH。通过远红外、紫外、二维核磁、电喷雾质谱和荧光等研究了配合物的结构。并用X-射线晶体衍射测定了配合物的结构。晶体结构表明,在一个不对称的单元中含2个化学组成相同、分子结构基本相似的大环配合物阳离子A和B。每个大环中的锌离子都处于扭曲的四面体中,且由2个酚氧桥相连。配合物的三维结构由配合物中的非经典氢键构成。 |

Abstract: A symmetrical macrocyclic dinuclear Zn(Ⅱ) complex, [Zn2L1( μ-OAc)]ClO4·0.5CH3OH, was obtained by cyclocondensation between 2, 6-diformyl-4-fluorophenol and 1,4-diaminobutane in the presence of Zn2+ cations. The crystal structure of the complex was determined by X-ray diffraction techniques. In the complex, there are two integrated macrocyclic units A and B which are quite similar to each other in structure. The two Zn(Ⅱ) centers of each unit are in distorted square pyramidal coordination environments with two endogenous phenoxo bridges provided by the phenolate of H2L1. The three-dimensional networks are formed by intermolecular non-traditional H-bonding interactions in the crystals of the complex. The far-infrared spectra, UV-Vis, 2D-NMR, ES-MS and fluorescence properties were studied for better understanding the structure of the complex. CCDC: 658248. |
