摘要: 合成了有机无机杂化材料负载的CuCl/席夫碱配合物催化剂CuCl/OIH,考察了制备条件对OIH载体及其合成中间产物的影响。采用FTIR、NMR、EA、TGA对有机无机杂化材料及催化剂进行了表征。将负载催化剂CuCl/OIH用于甲醇氧化羰化合成碳酸二甲酯反应,结果表明,负载催化剂CuCl/OIH与CuCl催化剂相比,碳酸二甲酯(DMC)产率提高了25%,负载催化剂循环使用四次后铜流失率仅为2.3wt%。 |

Abstract: CuCl catalysts anchored on silica-based support were synthesized using γ-chloropropyltriethoxysilane as spacer, 5-amino-1,10-phenanthroline as organic ligand and TEOS as precursor. The effects of preparation conditions on the synthesis of OIH supported catalyst were investigated. The structure of the supported and the heterogeneous catalyst were characterized by FTIR, EA, TGA and NMR. The catalytic property of CuCl/OIH in the oxidative carbonylation of methanol to dimethyl carbonate(DMC) was studied. The catalyst CuCl/OIH exhibited higher activity and selectivity compared to the CuCl catalysts, the yield of DMC was improved to 25%. After recycling 4 times, Cu diffluent rate in the reaction system was only 2.3%. |
