Doped TiO2 Nano-ethanol Colloids:Preparation by Pulsed Laser Ablation and Fluorescence Property |

摘要: 采用聚焦脉冲激光轰击(PLA)浸于流动乙醇中不同金属氧化物掺杂的二氧化钛固体靶,连续制备得到一系列经MoO3、Eu2O3、Fe2O3、WO3等掺杂的新型纳米TiO2乙醇溶胶。UV-Vis、荧光光谱和XRD结果表明:在所研究的掺杂纳米TiO2乙醇溶胶中,MoO3掺杂使纳米TiO2乙醇溶胶荧光增强最大,当MoO3掺杂量(ψ)在0.02%~0.50%时,其掺杂的纳米TiO2乙醇溶胶荧光强度增强,掺杂量为0.05%时荧光强度高达1.3×104(a.u.);此外发现与sol-gel掺杂法相比,预研磨混合掺杂能更明显增强纳米TiO2乙醇溶胶荧光。 |

Abstract: A pulsed laser ablation(PLA) at the interface of titanium dioxide target doped with different metal oxides and mobile ethanol was used to prepare a series of new-type TiO2 nano-ethanol colloids doped with MoO3、Eu2O3、Fe2O3 and WO3. The results of UV-Vis、fluorescence and XRD show that the doping of MoO3 can greatly improve the fluorescence intensity of TiO2 nano-ethanol colloids and when the dopant content of MoO3(ψ) is 0.02%~0.50%, fluorescence intensity will be increased up to 1.3×104(a.u.) with ψ=0.05%. Furthermore, it is also found that the mill method can more obviously increase the fluorescence intensity of TiO2 nano-ethanol colloids compared with the doping method of sol-gel. |
