| Abstract: CdSe nanocrystals (NCs) were synthesized directly in an aqueous solution. The effect of some key factors such as starting pH values, surfactants, concentration and ratio of reactant on the characters of CdSe NCs were investigated. The size, shape and the optical property of CdSe nanocrystals were characterized by TEM, XRD, UV-Vis, XPS and fluorescence spectroscopy. | |
