Abstract: Nanometer cobalt ferrite oxide powders were prepared by sol-gel method and two of them were doped with LaCl3·nH2O. TG/DTG was applied for investigating thermo-decomposition process of the precursor, which showed that the activation energy of the particles in every stage was different, and in the same stage the value was still not equal. It has been showed that the products were particles with the average diameter under 100 nm characterized by XRD and TEM. The results indicate that cobalt ferrite oxide doped La3+ affected its specific saturation and coercive force by using vibration sample magnetometer. The three nanometer magnetic particles were used for doping into polymer electrolyte peg-20000 with different rations respectively to form compound substance with optimal conductivity. |
