摘要: 研究了在粉煤灰上以联氨作还原剂进行Ni-Co复合化学镀。对包覆后的样品进行了SEM、XRD、EDX、磁性能、电磁参数等表征以及吸波性能分析。分析表明,在陶瓷粉表面包覆的镍钴合金呈球状,包覆比较均匀。在陶瓷粒子上镍钴固熔体质量分数约为68%,其中镍为61%,钴为7%,镍钴比约为9∶1;镀后样品的饱和磁化率为17.7 emu·g-1,矫顽力为210.9 Oe,剩磁为2.4 emu·g-1。包覆后粉体对电磁波反射率小于-10 dB的频宽可达到1.3 GHz(在10.2~11.5 GHz范围内)。

Abstract: Electroless plating of nickel-cobalt on the ceramic powder surface was performed using hydrazine as reducing agent. The material was characterized by microwave electromagnetic parameters, SEM, X-ray Diffraction, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometer and microwave network analyzer. The results indicated that the content of spherical metal particles on the ceramic powders was 68%, the ratio of nickel to cobalt was 9∶1. The magnetization, the coercivity and the retentivity were 17.7 emu·g-1, 210.9 Oe and 2.4 emu·g-1, respectively. The microwave absorptivity of the powders exceeded 10 dB in the range of 10.2~11.5 GHz.
