Abstract: The nanocrystal Cu2SnSe4 was synthesized by the microwave solvothermal technique and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Results show that the technique is fast, simple and energy saving, and the average size of the product is 20~30 nm. Optical absorption spectrum of Cu2SnSe4 shows that product with a band gap of 2.36 eV is a better semiconductor. |
