纳米管状结构立方萤石型CeO2的合成(英)

摘要: 低温水热条件下,Ce4+离子经尿素水解均匀沉淀,在十八胺分子模板导向下形成了多层有序排列的纳米管状结构的立方萤石型CeO2,采用粉末X射线衍射(PXRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)以及选区电子衍射(SEAD)等手段对产物进行了表征。结果表明,该结构是由单根外、内径分别为10~20 nm、5~6 nm左右的纳米管有序排列形成的纳米管束构成,且产物具有结晶性良好的立方萤石型CeO2晶体结构。在管束的生长过程中,反应体系首先形成单根纳米管,继而管与管之间又相互缔合生长成多层有序排列的纳米管束。控制尿素的水解,获得了不同pH值下的反应产物,发现反应体系pH值在5~6之间时产物为立方萤石型CeO2、6~8时为立方萤石型CeO2与六方型Ce(OH)CO3的混合物、大于8则为六方型Ce(OH)CO3

Abstract: Under hydrothermal condition, nitrate cerium(IV) was used as a cerium source, octadecylamine (C18H37NH2) as the molecular template and urea as a precipitating agent, and the hierarchically well-aligned nanotublar bunches of the cubic fluorite ceria were successfully synthesized. The materials have been characterized by Powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and the selected area electron diffraction (SAED). The products exhibited the hierarchically well-aligned nanotublar bunch which was composed of single nanotube with outer and inner diameter 10~20 and 5~6 nm. The growth process of nanotublar bunches was monitored. Firstly, the separated nanotube appeared in the reaction system. Subsequently, the separated nanotubes integrated into the hierarchically well-aligned nanotublar bunch each other. In addition, the products have different crystalline phase and composition as increasing the final pH value of reaction system; And when the final pH values of reaction system were at 5~6, 6~8 and > 8 respectively, the crystalline phase of the products were respectively cubic fluorite CeO2, mixtures of cubic fluorite CeO2 and hexagonal Ce(OH)CO3, hexagonal Ce(OH)CO3.
