Abstract: The three-layer electroluminescent ( EL ) devices were fabricated with two amphiphilic 8-aminoquinoline derivatives ( H2A12 and H2A16 ) and one complex ( CuA12) as hole transport Layer ( HTL ) .The structure of this EL device was ITO/TPD/HTL/Alq3/Al,where HTL being Langmuir-Blodgett films and evaporated films.The highest luminance was 621cd · m-2.It were proved that the transport efficiency of H2 A16 in LB film was 180% higher than that of H2A16 in evaporated film; H2A12 in LB film was 320% higher than that of H2A16 in LB film and 172% higher than that of CuA12 in LB film. |
