| Abstract: CdS is an important semiconductor material, and has received much attention. In this paper, we reported a sol-gel method for synthesis of CdS nanotube arrays which has not been reported yet. The products were charac-terized by SEM, TEM and EDS. The CdS nanotube is about 60μm in length, and about 100nm in diameter cor-responding to that of the alumina template. The further research is under way. |
