Synthesis, Structure, Quantum Calculation and Bioactivity of Complexes of Acylpyrazolone |

摘要: 在溶液中合成了1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-吡唑啉酮-5(HPMBP)的Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)配合物,对配合物进行了元素分析和红外光谱表征。用X射线衍射方法测定了Zn(Ⅱ)配合物的晶体结构,用密度泛函方法对Co(Ⅱ)及Zn(Ⅱ)配合物进行了量子化学计算,生物活性实验表明四种配合物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有一定的抗菌作用。 |

Abstract: Cobalt(Ⅱ)、nickel(Ⅱ)、copper(Ⅱ)、zinc(Ⅱ) complexes with 1-Phenyl-3-Methyl-4-Benzoyl-Pyra-zolone-5 were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectra. The crystal structure of the zinc(Ⅱ) complex was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The quantum calculation of the cobalt(Ⅱ) and zinc(Ⅱ) complexes was taken by density function. The results of preliminary test for anti bacterium activity show that the complexes process inhibition to Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus aureus. |
