摘要: 采用水(溶液)/二甲苯/SDS/正戊醇反相微乳液体系,用水合肼还原硫酸镍制备了纳米级(15~100nm)镍微粒,采用XRD、TEM等法对产物进行了鉴定与表征,考察了微乳液体系诸构成因素对纳米级镍制备的影响规律。 |

Abstract: Ultrafine nickel particles were prepared by the W/O microemulsion method through the reduced reaction of NiSO4 by N2H4·2H2O. The product was characterized by TEM and XRD method. The prepared particles are spherical and their size is well distributed.The factors of compositions of microemulsion system which influence the size of particles were studied. The experiment result shows that the greater the content ratio of water to surfactant(mol/mol) is, the smaller the water nucleus is, so the smaller the nickel particles are; the interface film changes more strongly when the content of amyl alcohol as assistent surfactant increases in a proper range, so the size of nickel particles decreases; and producing of crystal nucleus speeds up when the concentration of Ni2+ increases, so the size of nickel particles decreases. |
