摘要: 研究了1,1,1-三氨基甲基丙烷(Tamp)锌(Ⅱ)配合物作水解酶模拟物催化对硝基苯酚醋酸酯(NA)水解的动力学。结果表明:催化水解速率对底物(NA)及配合物(Zntamp)浓度均呈一级反应,水解速率遵循速率方程dC/dt=(koba[Zntamp] +kOH[OH-] +…)[NA] ;在中性和弱碱性…条件下能很好地催化NA酯的水解,PH=9.000时,表观催化速率常数koba=0.7185mol-1

Abstract: The hydrolytic kinetics of p-nitrophenol acetate(NA) catalyzed by zinc (Ⅱ) complex of 1,1,1- tris(aminomethyl) propane(Tamp) has been studied.It was shown that the catalytic rate follows the law of first-order reaction for both zinc (Ⅱ) complex and NAconcentrations respectively; the hydrolytic rate equation is dC/d t = (kobs[Zntamp] + KOH[OH-]+…) [NA]; this complex can catalyze NA hydrolysis effectively under a neutral or slightly basic condition; the k.b, value equals 0.7185mol-1·L·s-1 when PH 9.000, which is better than the similar results of international investigation reported up to now; the catalysis is controlled by the equilibrium of acid and base.Combined with the results of PH drop scale method, a mechanism of catalyzed reaction is put forward.
