摘要: 高温固相反应合成了固体电解质Li9-nxMn+xN2Cl3(M=Na、Mg、Al)。利用粉末X射线衍射测定样品结构。测定了离子电导率,分解电压和电子电导。得出掺杂可以提高快离子导体材料Li9N2Cl3的电导率。并讨论了掺杂阳离子的半径和价态与替代离子的关系和影响。使用x=0.05mol的二价镁离子替代Li9N<

Abstract: Lithium solid electrolytes of Li9-nxMn+xN2Cl3(M=Li+,Na+,Mg2+,Al3+) were prepared. The ionic conductivities of prepared samples have been determined from room temperature to 623 Kby PAR368-1 AC-impedance spectrometer. The frequency measurement varies from 4Hz to 100KHZ. The structure of samples was identified by X-ray diffraction. Decomposition voltage and electronic conductivities of Li9-nxMn+xN2Cl3 have also been determined. The conductivity of Li9-nxMn+xN2Cl3 depends on the ionic radius and valence of substitution ion. When x=0.05 ,the experimental result showed that the maximum conductivity of Li9-nxMn+xN2Cl3 was obtained.
