氯化三有机基锡和氯化三有机基铅与三苯基氧胂配合物的合成和晶体结构研究

摘要: 描述了一水合三苯基氧胂Ph3AsO·H2O(1)及其与氯化三苯基锡,氯化三对氯苯基锡及氯化三苯基铅配合物[Ph3SnCl(OAsPh3)](2),[(ClPh)3SnCl(OAsPh3)](3)和[Ph3PbCl(OAsPh3)](4)的合成和晶体结构,晶体数据分别为(1)单斜品系,空间群p21/n,a=9.4604(7),b=16.6347(7),c=11.1544(11)Å,β=113.233(6),V=1613.0(2)Å3,Z=4,Dcalcd=1.401g·cm-3,R=0.0576,Rw=0.0683;(2)单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,a=18.235(4),b=18.203(4),c=18.917(4)Å,β=94.07(3),v=6263(2)Å,Z=8,Dcalcd=1.501g·cm-3,R=0.0510,Rw=0.0648;(3)三斜晶系,空间群P1,a=12.9787(11),b=13.873(2),C=20.183(3)Å,a=98.051(10),β=99.176(9),γ=91.212(8),V=3548(7)Å,Z=4,Dcalcd=1.518g·cm3,R=0.074,Rw=0.1248;(4)单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,a=18.336(2),b=18.316(2),c=18.810(2)°,β=94.250(10)°,V=6299.8(11)Å3,Z=8,Dcalcd=1.679g·cm-3,R=0.0808,Rw=0.1829。三苯基胂同一个水分子共结晶,该水分子通过氢键与两个三苯基氧胂的氧原子结合。该配体可与氯化三有机锡和氯化三有机铅形成同构配合物。这些化合物的晶体结构中每个不对称单元有两个[Ph3MCl(OAsPh3)]分子。锡和铅原子的几何构型近似于三角双锥,三个芳基环占据赤道位置,氯和氧原子占据轴向位置。砷原子的构型基本为四面体。

Abstract: Report here are the synthesis and X-ray crystal structures of triphenylarsine oxide monohydrate Ph3AsO H2O(1) and its coordination compounds with triphenyltin chloride, tri (p-chlorophenyl)tin chloride and triphenyllead chloride [Ph3SnCl(OAsPh3)](2), [(CIPh)3SnCI(OAsPh3)](3) and [Ph3PbCl(OAsPh3)] (4).Crystal data (1) monoclinic, P21/n, a = 9.4604(7), b = 16.6347(7), c = 11.1544(11 )Å, p= 113.233(6), V= 1613.0(2)Å, Z =4, Dcalcd = 1.401g·cm-3, R = 0.0576, Rw = 0.0683; (2) monoclinic, P21/n, a = 18.235 (4), b = 18.203 (4), c = 18.917 (4)Å, = 94.07(3), V = 6263 (2)Å, Z = 8, Dcalcd = 1.501g cm-3, R = 0.0510, Rw = 0.0648; (3) triclinic, P21, a = 12.9787(11), b = 13.873(2), c =20.183(3)Å, a =98.051 (10), =99.176 (9), γ = 91.212(8), V = 3548(7)Å3, Z = 4, Dcalcd = 1.518g cm-3, R = 0.074, Rw = 0.1248; (4) monoclinic, P21/ n, a = 18.336(2), b = 18.316(2), c = 18.810(2)Å, 94.250(10), V= 6299.8 (11)Å3, Z = 8, Dcalcd = 1.679g cm-3, R = 0.0808, Rw = 0.1829, respectively.The triphenylarsine oxide crystallizes with one molecule of water hydrogen-bond to the oxygen atoms of two triphenylarsine oxide molecules.This ligand forms isostructural coordination compounds with triorganotin and triorganolead chlorides.There are two molecules of [Ph3MCI(OAsPh3)] in an asymmetric unit.The geometry at the tin or lead atom is closed to a trigonal bipyramid with the 3 aryl rings occupying the equatorial position while the chlorine and oxygen atoms in the axial position.The coordination geometry of the arsenic atom is essentially tetrahedral.
