| 摘要: 合成了八个新型的三甲基镓与侧链含酚羟基的氮杂冠醚所生成的配合物，用元素分析、红外、核磁共振和质谱的方法进行了表征，推断了它们的结构。配合物结构的研究对于探讨MO新源的MOCVD技术研究具有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: Eight new complexes were prepared by the reaction of trimethyl gallium with azacrown ethers which contain the phenoxyl group. Their molecular structure were confirmed by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, IR and MS. It is important to study the structure of the complexes for seeking new MO source and studying MOCVD techniques. |
