Abstract: A method for preparation of ultrafine yttrium oxide was described; yttrium formate-containing Hydrazine as the precursor was synthesized with yttrium formate and hydrazine, The ultrafine yttrium oxide was preparaed by themal decomposition from the yttrium formate-containing hydrazine at 550-600℃. | |||||||||||||||||||
