PREPARATION OF SiO2 AEROGEL AND PORES DISTRIBUTION |

摘要: 本文以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,水和乙醇为溶剂,盐酸和氨水为催化剂,采用溶胶-凝胶,水热合成和低温冷冻干燥等工艺,制备了SiO2气凝胶,研究了pH值、TEOS浓度及焙烧温度对气凝胶的比表面积、孔径分布的影响。结果表明:在碱性条件下,制得的气凝胶比表面积较大,孔径较窄。气凝胶在较高温度下,比表面积有所下降,孔径略微变粗。 |

Abstract: The SiO2 aerogel was synthesized from TEOS, EtOH and H2O using Sol-gel, hydrothermal and low temperature drying technique depending on catalyst HCI or NH3. The influence of the pH value of the original hydrogel, TEOS concentration and drying temperature on surface area, pore distribution of aerogel were investigated. In our experimental scope when pH=9.3, the resultant SiO2 aerogel has higher surface area, narrower and smaller pore distribution. Having been dried in higher temperature, the surface area and pore distribution of areogel are lower and wider. |
