| 摘要: 本文报道了首次合成的具有手性的(4S)-1-羟基-4-羧基杂氮锗三环和(4S)-3-甲基-1-羟基-4-羧基杂氮锗三环，并运用IR、1H NMR、MS等对其进行了表征。证据显示此化合物存在贯穿笼状结构的N→Ge配键。 |

| Abstract: Two chiral germantranes, (4s-1-hydroxy-4-carboxylgermatrane and (4s)-3-methyl-1-hydroxy-4-carboxylgermatrane were synthesed by reaction of GeO2 with L-N, N-bis(β-hydroxyethyl) serine and L-N, N-bis(β-hydroxyethyl)threonine, respectively, in the presence of pyridine and characterized by means of IR, 1H NMR, FAB-MS. The data indicate that the transannular N→Ge dative bond is present. |
