| Abstract: In this paper, macrocyclic copper coordination compound was synthesized. Interaction of this complex with DNA was studied by means of UV-Visible, fluorescence spectroscopy. In addition, the cleavage of DNA induced by this complex studied by agarose gel electrophoresis showed the activity of chemical nuclease of this complex, it has been estimated the molecular weight of products. |
