| 摘要: 本文合成了12种镧系配合物Ln(CPD)3·2H2O[Ln=La～Yb,除Pm、Tm;HCPD=2-羰基丙酸(2,4-二硝基苯基)腙].对配合物进行了元素分析、差热-热重分析;测定了其红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振谱(1H和13C)、磁化率和摩尔电导.给出了配合物可能的结构,并对镧配合物进行了大鼠精子抑制效应的研究. |

| Abstract: In this paper, twelve lanthanide(Ⅲ)complexes. with the general formula Ln(CPD)32H2O(Ln=La-Yb, except Pm and Tm;HCPD=2-carbonylpropicnyl(2,4-dintirophenyl)hydrazone), have been synthesized and characterized on the basis of clemental analyses;TG-DTA;TR. UV. 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra;magnetic moment and molar conductance measurements. The proposed structure for these complexes is given. by showing that the carboxylate group bound to Ln3+ ion with a bidentate coordination type. The preliminary pharmacological results demonstrated that the lanthanum complex La(CPD)3·2H2O exhibited mouse-sperm inhibition effects. |
