EFFECT OF DIFFERENT SILICA ON CYTOPLASMIC FREE Ca2+ AND Mg2+CONCENTRATION |

摘要: 本文研究了不同形态二氧化硅和硅酸盐对细胞内游离Ca2+浓度([Ca2+]i)及游离Mg2+浓度([Mg2+]i)的影响.结果表明:硅溶胶,聚硅酸.不同硅原子数的固态多硅酸盐及固态二氧化硅都能使[Ca2+]i和[Mg2+]i升高.硅溶胶的粒径越小,硅酸的聚合度越大,固态多硅酸盐中硅原子数越多,[Ca2+]i和[Mg2+]i升高都越多.不同的晶态二氧化硅使[Ca2+]i和[Mg2+]i高的顺序为鳞石英>方石英>α-石英. |

Abstract: In this paper,cytoplasmic ftee Ca2+and Mg2+conccntration([Ca2+]i[Mg2+]i of alvcolar macrophages in rabbit lung after incubation with silica were determined.The results showed that every sort of silica could make[Ca2+]i and [Mg2+]i rising.The higher the degree of polymcrization,the higher the[Ca2+]i and [Mg2+]i. The order of [Ca2+]i.and [Mg2+]i.of different solid SiO2 was tridymitc>crystobalitc>α-quartz>amorphous silica. |
