含氟皂石的制备研究 |

摘要: 以硅铝微球、氧化物及氟化物为原料,在少量水、醇的同时存在下,水热体系合成了含氟皂石.避免了以往皂石合成中复杂的成胶过程,大大提高了产品收率.XRD鉴定表明,合成的含氟皂石属三八面体结构,060衍射峰2θ=60.3°.结合DTA分析证明,含氟皂石热稳定性高达850℃,明显高于含羟基皂石.BET测试表明,合成产品的吸附行为属BET分类中的第Ⅱ类,300℃预处理后,比表面积为142.7m2/g,700℃预处理后,相应伍为110.3m2.新方法合成的含氟皂石具有一定的离子交换性及膨润性,是一种制备柱联粘土的优良原料. |

Abstract: Fluorosmectites were synthesized hydrothermally in water and alcohol system by using silica/aluminas, metal oxide and metal fluoride as starting materials. Complicated gel formulations in the preceding prepared methods can be avoided. A higher yield of fluorosmectite can be obtained in the novel method. X-ray diffraction indicated that the structure of fluorosmectite belong to tri-octahedral smectite. The peak in the XRD pattern at 2θ=60.3°is the 060 refection of fluorosmectite. The thermal stability of fluorosmectite is higher(850℃)than hydroxylation-containing smectite. The type of adsorption isotherm of methanol belongs to Ⅱ kind of BET classification. After calcination at 300℃ and 750℃, the specific surface area is 146.7m2/g and 110.3m2/g respectively. The synthetic fluorosmectite possesses an ability of ion-exchanging and swelling in water.Thc experimental results show that the fluorosmectite can be used in preparing pillared clay catalysts. |
