改性SrTiO3陶瓷电容器材料的化学制备及电性研究

摘要: 本文采用(C4H9O)4Ti,Sr(NO3)2和Bi(NO3)3为原料制成柠檬酸多元配合物溶液,经过形成溶胶凝胶过程,在一定条件下进行热分解,获得组成为;0.91SrTiO3+0.09(Bi2O3·3TiO2)的陶瓷粉料.上述粉料掺入3mol%PbO,3mol%Li2O和0.4mol%Rb2O后经混合、压片、干燥和烧结等步骤制成改性SrTiO3电容器材料.电性研究表明,用这种材料制成的电容器其介电常数>2200(30℃),介电常数的温度系数<2.5×10-3/℃(-70~70℃),介电损耗<0.04,直流绝缘电阻率为2×1012Ω·cm(30℃),耐压>1500kV/m,这种材料适合制作高质量高压瓷介电容器.

Abstract: The modified strontium titanate ceramic material of composition 0.91(SrTiO3)+0.09(Bi2O3·3TiO2)was prepared by sol-gel process using(C4H9O)4Ti, Sr(NO3)2,Bi(NO3)3 and(NH4)3(C6H5O7)as row materials through the formation of multi cetric-comp lexes as intermediate. The modified SrTiO3 condenser material was ultimately prepared by doped with 3mol%PbO, 3mol% Li2O and 0.4mol%Rb2O on above prepared material through mixing, pressing to pellet, drying and sintering procedures.Investigation of the electric properties of prepared condenser material shows that it has dielectric constant 2200(30℃)with a temperature coefficient< 2.5×10-3/℃(-70~70℃). a loss factor ig δ<0.004, a dc resistivity 2×1012Ω. cm(30℃)and break down voltage > 15000kV / m.This material is a good choice for the fabrication of high voltage ceramic capacitors.
