| Abstract: Doping the superconductor Tl2Can-1Ba2CunO2n+4(n =1, 2, 3, 4) with F,both the Tc and lattice parameters have no remarkable differences. But doping TlCaBa2Cu2O7(Tl0.5Pb0.5)CaSr2Cu2O7 and (Tl0.5Pb0.5)(Ca0.8Y0.2)Sr2Cu2O7 with F,the lattice parameters a, c and Tc increase appearently.When the ratios of F in the supperconductor molecular formula reached 0.5 or 1.0, the Tc reached the highest.We discussed the above phenomena on the F and O ionic structures,atomic valences and the crystal structures of the superconductors. |
