| Abstract: In this paper, cytoplasm free Ca2+ and Mg2+ concentration ([Ca2+]i, [Mg2+]i) of alveolar macrophages in rabbit lung after incubation with α-quartz were determined. The relationship between [Ca2+]i, [Mg2+]i and the free radical intensity on α-quartz surface had been studied. The results showed that in Hank's medium the stronger the free radicals, the higher the [Ca2+]i and [Mg2+]i. In D-Hank's medium the [Ca2+]i and [Mg2+]i can be risen by the freshly ground α-quartz. |
