摘要: 川芎嗪是中草药川芎的主要有效成分.关于它与生命金属离子的作用至今未曾有人研究.本文首次合成了川芎嗪与铜(Ⅱ)的配合物.通过组分分析、红外光谱测定,并由扩展X射线吸收精细结构谱(EXAFS)的测定确证了此配合物的配位微环境,从而确定了配合物的结构. |

Abstract: We have synthesized a new tetramethylpyrazine(TPZ)complex of copper (Ⅱ).The complex was characterized by elemental analysis,infrared and extended X-ray absorption fine structurc(EXAFS) spectroscopy measurement.The coordination micro-environment and the structure of the complex was determined. |
