| Abstract: The crystal of (C8H8)Sm(C8H8)Na(THF)3 belongs to monoclinic,space group P21 with a= 12.140(3),b= 13.794(3),c=8.944(3)Å,β=111.68(3)°,V= 1391.8(7)Å3,Z=2;μ=21.93cm-1,Dc=1.43g/ cm3,F(000)=610,Mr=598.0.The structure was determined by Patterson and Fourier technique and the parameters were refined by least-squares,The final R is 0.046.The complex has the bislayer-sandwich structure and that the Sm3+and Na+ions are bridged by η8-cyciooctatetraenyl group. |
