| 摘要: 本文用荧光试剂Fura-2/AM和AR-CM-MlC阳离子测定系统研究了α-石英对离体肺泡巨噬细胞内游离Ca2+的影响.结果表明:在含Ca2+介质中,α-石英对巨噬细胞的毒性作用引起胞浆游离Ca2+浓度的升高,α-石英剂量越大或作用时间增长,胞浆游离Ca2+浓度升高越大,这种效应只能部分地被Ca2+通道阻断剂异搏定所阻断.但在无Ca2+介质中未观察到细胞胞浆游离Ca |

| Abstract: In this paper,with fluorescence solvent Fura-2/AM and AR-CM cation measurement system to study the effects of α-quartz on the concentration of cytoplasmic free Ca2+ of the macrophage in vitro.The results are mainly as follows: In the Ca2+- medium,the poisonous function of α-quartz to alveolar macrophage leads to the increase of the cytoplasmic free Ca2+ concentration.The higher the concentration of the a-quartz dust suspension,or the longer the time of action,the greater the increase of the concentration of cytoplasmic free Ca2+ However,Ca2+ channel blocker verapamil can partly inhibit the increase of the concentration of cytoplasmic free Ca2+.But in the absence of Ca2+,the concentration of cytoplasmic free Ca2+ doesn't increase. |
