桥基取代的四氮杂大环配合物热力学稳定性的研究

摘要: 用电位pH法测得了5,5,7,12,12,14-六甲基-1,4,8,11-四氮杂环十四烷与Co2+,Ni2+,Cu2+,Zn2+生成配合物的稳定常数。探讨了它们在水溶液中的可能结构,并对大环碳上甲基取代的取代数与稳定常数间的关系作了研究.发现它们在水溶液中结构为五配位的四方锥体。大环碳原子上的氢被烷基取代后,配合物稳定性下降,下降的主要原因是空间效应并非电子效应之故.

Abstract: The stability constants of the complexes between ms-Me6[14]aneN4 and Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ) have been measured by potentiometric method in 0.5mol·dm-3 KNO3 at 25℃ .The stability of the complexes formed Ni(Ⅱ) with [14]aneN4,ms-Me2[14]aneN4 and ms-Me6[14]aneN4 drops as increase of methyl group attached-carbon of N-atom in [14]ancN4.The reason is mainly due to the steric effect.And electron polar effect may be neglected.These complexes may be regarded as squarc-pyramid with the axial position accu-picd by H2O on the base of the extensive Irving-Willians scries.
