SUPERCONDUCTIVITY STUDY OF 2212 PHASE IN BHBASED |

摘要: 已知在Bi系高Tc超导体中存在三个超导相[1-2]:2223相的Tc~110k,c~37Å;2212相的Tc~85k,c~30.6Å;2201相的Tc~10k。在实验过程中,我们注意到还可能有另外的超导相存在,通过改变元素名义配比和制备工艺观察到一个具有2212相结构,但Tc却表现为~105k的新现象存在[3]。 |

Abstract: A new possible phase is found Tc≈105k, but with a structure of 2212 phase in the Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy and Bi1.6Pb0.3Sb0.1Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy superconductors. By changing synthetic condition, especially samples annealed at 600℃ in O2 atmosphere, Tc of this new phase was obviously lowered. |
